Bodywork Sessions
These sessions combine several modalities (see here for a non- exhaustive list of what I offer) and the work is customized to your needs with room for me to inquire into the the macro and micro details of our intention for our time together. We will start by taking some time to help you settle in to your body. From there, I like to practice collaboratively and I will try to guide you to focus on the sensations that arise as we approach some stuff that might be uncomfortable! Space for rest is also an important element of our time together.
I offer one hour or ninety minute long sessions. I include a 15 minute buffer for each session to ensure adequete time is available for body work and discussion before and after.
1 hour- $110 / 90 minutes $150
Reiki and Energy Healing
I am attuned in the Usui lineage of Reiki, which originates from Japan, as a Level 2 Ryoho. Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that can be practiced with or without touch. I find Reiki to be a powerful compliment to the healing process of emotional, physical, and spiritual blockages. These sessions begin with a brief meditation and intention setting. During our time on the table, I will clear energetic stagnation and send Reiki into your energetic field. Its like a spiritual vitamin infusion! We will close with a review of the work we did and any insights I might be able to offer.
Reiki sessions are 75 minutes, including 15 minutes dedicated to discussion before and after.

Memberships are available for folks who want to come in monthly. This is a great option for people who experience tension headaches, work related stress, or any accumulated physical or emotional tension that is not related to an acute injury.
We will initiate this process during your visit if we decide that this will be the best treatment plan for you.
Your card will be charged on the first of the month and it will be good for 1 visit. I allow for 2 visits to accumulate, beyond that, I will close the membership but you will be able to use your visits for up to 1 year after the sale.
Monthly 1-hour visit - $100 / Monthly 90-minute visit - $140
4-visit packages are available as well, offering a $15 discount per visit. Packages expire 1 year after purchase.
